• Travel Fee - $20 in Antioch, Brentwood, or Oakley areas. Additional Fee of $1.00 per mile for further travel.

If you travel to my home, no travel fee will be charged.

Valid identification is required for notarization. The ID shall be current or issued within five years. The following ID's are valid for notarization.

1. Drivers License - California or other state, Canadian, or Mexican
2. California Identification Card
3. Military Identification Card
4. Passport - Non-USA passports must be stamped by the INS
